Jen Ross

Jen Ross is the founder of The Brand House Inc., where she helps organizations build meaningful connection by getting clear on what they stand for.

After more than 20 years in wealth management as a Creative Director in brand marketing, she developed a deep understanding of how trust is built over time. She believes the most effective brands don’t rely on persuasion, but create relevance and a sense of belonging.

That perspective carries into her work as the Founder of Collective Photo Co., where she redefined the traditional mini session through her ‘Take 10’ Signature Sessions, a modern format that has gained strong traction across Toronto and the GTA. Her portraits are known for capturing people in a way that feels natural, connected and deeply human.

Jen works with leading Canadian brands, executives, and community organizations to create work that is thoughtful, relevant, and rooted in real connection.
