As the impacts of COVID-19 continue to unfold, keeping our patients, families, physicians and
employees and the entire Burlington community safe is our top priority during this pandemic.

We are asking for your assistance, in this global time of need, in supporting the Burlington
community and its Hospital staff in delivering exemplary health care. We are hoping your business
may want to redirect Personal Protective Equipment to support Joseph Brant Hospital’s commitment in
providing the right care at the right time to our patients during this pandemic.

A detailed listing of Personal Protective Equipment that the Hospital is seeking and utilizes in this
pandemic is available here. All donations must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, and not
expired or damaged in any way.
