JBH Staff 50/50 Lotto: Big wins, every payday
The Payday Lotto is a 50/50 and the winner will take home 50% of all the money received for each bi-weekly draw. And with a maximum of 3,000 tickets available each draw, you can win up to $4,500!

All players will be assigned a ticket number(s) that they will use for the duration of each license.
If you would like to know your ticket number(s) please contact Amanda Siconolfi at asiconolfi@josephbranthospital.ca.
Play up to 5 tickets ($3/ticket) and net proceeds from the lottery go to support our hospital’s most urgent priorities.

Enroll today by filling out a JBH Employee or Sodexo, Volunteers, Doctors or other employees, JBHF Payday Lotto Enrollment form and submit it to the Foundation via:
- In person to the Foundation Office (2nd Floor, Halton McMaster Family Health Centre)
- Interoffice mail
- Email: foundation@josephbranthospital.ca
Funds will be withdrawn via payroll deduction or bank account (Sodexo or other).
After each draw date, we’ll send out an e-mail congratulating the winner.
